1. Is the work performed covered by a warranty?
Yes. Our standard warranty is one year workmanship with all manufacturing material and product warranties conveyed as written.
2. What training does your personnel have?
Our technicians are trained on mold remediation, odor removal, structural drying, and more. All certifications are issued by the industry’s certifying body, the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IIRC).
3. Do you participate in any insurance companies' preferred vendor programs (PRPs)?
We do not participate in any insurance companies PRPs, however we work with all insurance companies. Why we have deliberately chosen not to participate in PRPs? It’s very simple–we work for you! We feel it’s unethical to have a dual relationship; one with our client and one with the insurance company. A company cannot effectively negotiate on behalf of its clients if the source of their projects/income is the same insurance company they are negotiating with.
After reviewing numerous quality and competitive proposals from various vendors, Avedon USA was selected for the job. From the very beginning of the process, Avedon’s representatives gave an extremely professional presentation and worked with us to ensure that our needs were met. I am pleased to state that we were very satisfied with both the quality of their work, and their ability to complete the project within our very tight timelines.
After heavy winds tore large pieces from the side of our building we contacted Avedon USA to work with our insurance company and their adjuster. After the repairs were done there was no visible appearance from the damage. We would like to thank Avedon for their fast efficient service provided.
